Purpose:

To consider an application for Discretionary Rate Relief

Decisions:

Cabinet considered an application for Discretionary Rate Relief as set out in the report. Members decided that Discretionary Rate Relief should not be awarded as this organisation already received 80% Mandatory Rate Relief and it was not considered appropriate for the Council to exercise its discretion in granting the application for the 20% Discretionary Rate Relief.

 

RESOLVED that the Discretionary Rate Relief be refused.
